SHIPPING
Ready to dispatch orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most domestic orders are delivered within 7 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.Tracking IDs for all our delivery will be provided on request.For size exchanges, all costs associated with shipping the product back to us must be borne by the customer.Re-shipping of the exchanged product will be charged additionally.For international orders, all courier charges, customs duties and associated costs for exchanges must be borne entirely by the customer.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All our garments / stoles / potlis are handcrafted on quality handwoven fabric and/ or hand embroidered. Slight variations in weave, texture, colour tone, embroidery placement and finish are inherent to the handmade process. These variations are not considered as defects but a natural characteristic of handcrafted textiles and will not qualify for return or exchange. As a small-batch handcrafted brand, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We accept exchange requests only under the conditions outlined below.
- In the rare instance that you receive a defective or incorrect product, please write to us at jewelthiefbysoumalini@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Requests raised beyond 3 days from the date of delivery will not be entertained.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for all defect or damage-related claims. The video must begin before the package is opened and clearly show the garment inside. Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for exchange.
- All approved exchanges are subject to internal quality inspection. Size exchanges are permitted only once per order and are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, a 'store credit' will be issued valid for 6 months from the issuance of the credit. Refunds will not be processed.
- Customers are requested to carefully refer to the size chart before placing an order. We strongly encourage reaching out to us for sizing assistance prior to purchase, if required. The responsibility for selecting the correct size rests with the customer.
- To maintain the integrity of our handcrafted products, we accept 'exchanges' only under the following conditions:
Size exchanges will be accepted only if:
- The garment has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged.
- The tags and the original invoice remain intact.
- There are no perfume, makeup, deodorant or body odour stains.
- The garment shows no signs of trial beyond basic fitting.
All exchange requests are subject to approval after inspection by the Jewell TThief team. We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet the above policy conditions. The brand’s decision shall be final.
